Website accessibility statement for insytful.com
Our commitment to accessibility
At Insytful, we are committed to making our website accessible to everyone. We want all our visitors to have a positive experience and quickly access all content and features, regardless of disability or impairment. To achieve this, insytful.com has been designed and developed per recognised accessibility standards. We aim to meet and maintain compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely accepted standard for accessible web content. Adhering to these guidelines ensures our site is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for as many users as possible.
About our organisation
Insytful.com is operated by Zengenti, a UK-based company committed to quality and accessibility. Our parent company is ISO 9001:2015 certified, reflecting our dedication to high standards in our processes, including accessibility.
Compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards
Insytful.com is designed with accessibility in mind and currently meets WCAG 2.1 AA criteria across all areas we have reviewed. However, given the size and complexity of our site - which includes a comprehensive help and documentation section - and the ongoing contributions from multiple teams, our accessibility status reflects the results of our most recent audits and tests.
We are committed to continuous improvement and conduct regular reviews to promptly address any issues that may arise. We strive to maintain these high standards and will act quickly to resolve any issues to ensure a consistently accessible experience.
Ongoing monitoring and testing
Accessibility is not a one-time effort for us - it’s an ongoing priority. We continually monitor and improve insytful.com to maintain high accessibility standards. We test our website monthly using our own Insytful accessibility scanning tool. These regular automated scans, alongside manual checks, help us identify and resolve any accessibility issues efficiently. By applying the same high standards to our own site as we do for our clients, we ensure that accessibility remains a core focus.
Our monthly audits check for missing alt text, form label inconsistencies, navigation difficulties, and other WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. If any issues are identified, our team works swiftly to resolve them and maintain compliance. This proactive approach allows us to create an inclusive experience and adapt to new challenges as we update our content or features.
Third-party content and tools
We understand that third-party content or integrations can sometimes affect a website’s accessibility. On insytful.com, there is no known third-party content or plugin in use that would create accessibility barriers. Our site's content and functionality are either developed by us or under our control, and we ensure they meet accessibility standards. For example, we carefully choose third-party tools or embeds to ensure they are accessible.
As of now, we haven’t identified any third-party elements that negatively impact the accessibility of insytful.com. If we ever introduce external content or features, we will rigorously review them for accessibility or provide suitable alternatives. Our goal is that every part of our site - whether created in-house or supplied by an external service - remains usable for all our visitors.
No known limitations or exemptions
Insytful.com has been designed to be as inclusive as possible, and currently, we have no known accessibility limitations or exemptions on our website. This means we have not identified any section, page, or functionality excluded from our accessibility efforts or that does not fully meet the required standards. We apply our accessibility commitment uniformly across the entire site.
All content we provide is intended to be accessible. However, if you encounter something that you find challenging to use, please let us know - it might be something we missed, and we will address it. We believe in transparency and continuous enhancement, so if any limitation is discovered, we will update this statement and work swiftly to fix the issue.
Feedback and contact information
We welcome feedback on the accessibility and usability of insytful.com. If you experience any accessibility barriers on our website or have suggestions for improvement, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can contact us by email at enquiries@insytful.com.
Our team is ready to assist you and take your feedback on board. When you contact us about an accessibility issue, please provide as much detail as possible (such as the page URL and the problem encountered). We will acknowledge your request and aim to respond promptly, typically within two business days. We value your input because it helps us make insytful.com better for everyone.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is a continuous journey, and we are committed to ongoing improvement. Even though insytful.com currently meets WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines and is not aware of any issues, we understand that technology and best practices evolve. We will regularly review our website and update our content, design, and code to follow the latest accessibility standards and recommendations.
Our team stays informed about changes in accessibility guidelines (such as the release of WCAG 2.2 and beyond) and how they might apply to our site. As we add new features or content to insytful.com, accessibility will remain a key consideration in our development and design process. We also plan to conduct more in-depth reviews periodically and, if appropriate, seek third-party evaluations to ensure we haven’t overlooked anything. By taking this proactive approach, we aim to maintain our current compliance and improve everyone's user experience.
Application accessibility statement for Insytful app
Our commitment to accessibility
At Insytful, we are committed to ensuring that our application is accessible to everyone. Everyone should be able to use our platform effectively, regardless of their assistive technology needs.
To achieve this, the Insytful app has been developed to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines help ensure our platform is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for many users.
Compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards
The Insytful app is designed to align with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and we incorporate accessibility best practices throughout our development process. However, given the application's complexity and evolving nature, accessibility compliance is assessed based on the results of our most recent audits and tests.
We are committed to continuous improvement and conduct regular testing and reviews to address any accessibility issues that may arise. Our goal is to maintain high accessibility standards and respond promptly to any concerns, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
Accessibility features
The Insytful app includes several accessibility features to support an inclusive experience. The interface is fully navigable by keyboard and is compatible with screen readers, including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. Charts and data visualisations use Highcharts and have been tested for screen reader compatibility. We maintain strong colour contrast ratios, allow text resizing up to 200%, and use ARIA landmarks and roles to improve navigation. Forms and input fields provide clear error messaging to assist users.
Ongoing monitoring and testing
We are committed to continual accessibility improvements in the Insytful app. Our team regularly:
- Conducts automated accessibility scans and manual testing to identify and address potential barriers.
- Evaluates the app’s compatibility with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and voice control tools.
- Reviews our platform against the latest WCAG standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Performs cross-browser testing, keyboard interaction testing, and VoiceOver testing as part of our ongoing development process.
We check Insytful against the latest versions of major browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, to ensure a consistent experience. However, the app may not function optimally on older browsers.
Insytful is not supported in Internet Explorer 11.
As Insytful evolves, accessibility improvements remain a core part of our development roadmap.
Third-party integrations
The Insytful app may integrate with third-party services like authentication providers, embedded content, or external APIs. While we strive to ensure these integrations meet accessibility standards, we cannot guarantee full compliance for third-party tools outside our control.
If you experience accessibility challenges when using a third-party integration within Insytful, please let us know, and we will work to provide an accessible alternative where possible.
Known accessibility considerations
We are aware of the following accessibility considerations and are actively working to improve them:
- Scanned page views in iframes – When displaying scanned pages within an iframe, screen reader users may encounter duplicated elements and landmarks as the iframe content is read alongside the main app. We are exploring solutions to improve this experience while ensuring the scanned page remains fully interactive and testable.
- Optimised for screens over 770px—The Insytful app is best viewed on screens 770px and larger. While it remains functional on smaller screens, some features may be more difficult to use in narrow viewports. We recommend using a larger screen for the best experience and are continually working to improve responsiveness.
Feedback and contact information
We welcome feedback regarding the accessibility of the Insytful app. If you encounter difficulties using these features, please contact us at enquiries@insytful.com so we can improve accessibility further.
When reporting an issue, please include:
- A description of the issue.
- The page or feature where the problem occurred.
- Any assistive technology used (for example, screen reader, browser, operating system).
We aim to acknowledge and respond to accessibility-related queries within two business days.
We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process. We remain committed to continuous improvements as web standards evolve and user needs change. Our accessibility roadmap includes:
- Regular accessibility audits.
- User testing with individuals who rely on assistive technologies.
- Implementing best practices from future WCAG updates.
By integrating accessibility into our design, development, and testing processes, we ensure that the Insytful app remains inclusive and user-friendly for all.
